Over the past few years, Max Wright Ltd have developed and manufactured a quick and easily constructed "Modular Panel System" (MPS) using pre-formed components fitting together to create a Motor Control Centre, LV Switchboard or Control Panel. With the use of "Plug In" technology on incoming and
outgoing ways at 50mm increments, Max Wright Ltd are able to offer true flexibility and choice of panel layout.
Our "MPS" is constructed from press formed 2mm lead free galvanised sheet steel giving excellent corrosion resistance. The structure consists of vertical and horizontal profiles joined together with a three way corner jointing system designed and developed in house.
This corner join pulls the profiles square and then clamps them into position giving the completed framework unrivalled strength and rigidity.
The panel design also incorporates innovative and unique connecting blocks designed by Max Wright Ltd. These can be connected anywhere on the framework at 25mm intervals and are used to attach horizontal and vertical profiles and shelves. The connecting block also seals the profiles and shelves to the framework giving the customer a choice of protection ranging from IP31 to IP54.
Section doors are manufactured from 2mm sheet steel and are secured by either a lockable tee handle or a barrel lock as stipulated by the customer.
The concealed hinge designed by Max Wright Ltd can be fitted to the panel framework at 25mm increments and also incorporates a built in door restraint as standard, stopping the door opening past 110 degrees. Neoprene gasket seals the door to an IP54 rating
The Modular Panel system construction allows for front and rear access with top or bottom cable glanding facility. Note that front access cabling requires a vertical cableway.
